Starting November 2020, all watches sold via www.averand.com will come with respective warranty provider. Please refer warranty card received with your purchases.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

  • Battery Replacement
  • Damage resulting from wear and tear from daily normal use
  • External damage such as crystal, case, glass, buckle, clasp
  • Defect due to external force such as improper use, dropping or banging
  • Lost or missing stones and gems
  • Outside modifications and third party repair will void the warranty
  • Any damage if used under conditions which exceed manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines

AVERAND’S WATCH REPAIR CENTER

For watches with ended warranty cover, Averand does provide repair service with additional charge. You are required to send your watch to our centre, we will quote service price before we continue.

  • Battery replacement service : RM 25 all inclusive
AVERAND ONE (1) YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY

Comes with Averand’s One (1) Year Standard Warranty Card.
