SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders will be process within 24 hours after we received payment.
Delivery for Ready Stock items takes 1-3 business days
Pre Order / Backorder purchases will be shipped from overseas and takes 20 – 30 days for delivery from the date of Pre Order Closes.

We ship orders from Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia Public Holiday
We deliver all orders via various carrier and majority delivery will be made via POSLAJU
Tracking number will be sent to your email on the day it shipped out from our fulfillment centre.
If you do not receive your package within specified time, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you to track your parcel.

We currently does not ship internationally.
However, exceptions may apply for additional fees on postage & handling. Please contact us for details

We do accept return for defective units.
Returned items must be in unworn condition with original tag attached
Returns will be accepted if delivered back within 14 days from the arrival of the package
All return charges will be paid by the customers; unless the return item is wrong item received by the customer or the customer receive defective unit.
Full refund will be made to your account within 3 business days
